By placing an order you are offering to purchase a product on and subject to the following terms and conditions. All orders are subject to availability and confirmation of the order price.

Dispatch times may vary according to availability and subject to any delays resulting from postal delays or force majored for which we will not be responsible.

In order to contract with Prettyandcute.com you must be over 18 years of age and possess a valid credit or debit card issued by a bank acceptable to us. Prettyandcute.com retains the right to refuse any request made by you. If your order is accepted we will inform you by email and we will confirm the identity of the party which you have contracted with. This will usually be Prettyandcute.com or may in some cases be a third party. Where a contract is made with a third party Prettyandcute.com is not acting as either agent or principal and the contract is made between yourself and that third party and will be subject to the terms of sale which they supply you. When placing an order you undertake that all details you provide to us are true and accurate, that you are an authorized user of the credit or debit card used to place your order and that there are sufficient funds to cover the cost of the goods. The cost of foreign products and services may fluctuate. All prices advertised are subject to such changes.

(a) Our Contract

When you place an order, you will receive an acknowledgment e-mail confirming receipt of your order: this email will only be an acknowledgment and will not constitute acceptance of your order. A contract between us will not be formed until we send you confirmation by e-mail that the goods which you ordered have been dispatched to you. Only those goods listed in the confirmation e-mail sent at the time of dispatch will be included in the contract formed.

(b) Pricing and Availability

Whilst we try and ensure that all details, descriptions and prices which appear on this Website are accurate, errors may occur. If we discover an error in the price of any goods which you have ordered we will inform you of this as soon as possible and give you the option of reconfirming your order at the correct price or canceling it. If we are unable to contact you we will treat the order as cancelled. If you cancel and you have already paid for the goods, you will receive a full refund. Delivery costs will be charged in addition; such additional charges are clearly displayed where applicable and included in the 'Total Cost'.

Paypal are accepted.

It is the most reliable source of payment. Paypal users will be billed with a 5% transaction charged given by Paypal. To avoid the fee, please another payment method. Customer Address needs to be up to date. If purchasing with Paypal, we will ship to Paypal's confirmed register address to avoid Paypal penalty and fraud. We advice all customers to check address before purchasing on paypal. If needed to be ship to a different address, please email us with your paypal email to let us know to ship the lens to a different location. All information needed to be documented for Paypal.

(c) Payment

Upon receiving your order we carry out a standard authorization check on your payment card to ensure there are sufficient funds to fulfill the transaction. Your card will be debited upon authorization being received. The money received upon the debiting of your card shall be treated as a deposit against the value of the goods you wish to purchase. Once the goods have been dispatched and you have been sent a confirmation email the monies paid as a deposit shall be used as consideration for the value of goods you have purchased as listed in the confirmation email.

Credit Card Payments:

All credit card paying users! When placing an order using Credit Card please make sure the billing address matches the card holder's billing address. Our secure system will deny any credit card payments containing information that the issuing bank can not verify as being true. If you are using someone's card, be sure to obtain the correct billing information. Our system will also deny your payment if you've entered in the incorrect card information. Our credit card protection system is here to protect you from fraud or unauthorized payments. When submitting a payment an attempt to purchase the items will be made. Your credit card will make an attempt to deposit the payment to our account. It is because of this protection system, there is a block until we accept your payment. If the information is enter incorrectly, our system will automatically deny it without even having to consult us. The payment in your statement will be labeled as "Pending Transition." That means it is being pending back into your account because we denied access to ours. IT DOESN'T MEAN YOU PAID. If you have any questions, please call your Credit card company and they can give you a better understanding of how it works. (D) Return Policy

We will only accept returns for items that are unused, unopened, or otherwise in a resellable condition, some exclusions apply. Return must be initiated by email within 72 hours of receipt of package. Refunds will be issued back through Paypal.com, check, or by crediting the original credit card. If refund through Paypal is unsuccessful, a check will be issued and sent to the last known address on file. Only the price of items will be credited towards an exchange, the shipping cost will not be credited. Buyer must pay for all shipping cost for returning the item(s) and/or reshipping an item(s). Manufacture defects can be exchanged, but you must notify me within 72 hours arriving at your location. For health related reasons we can not accept returns or exchanges for the following items known as "exclusion items" include but is not limited to: Cosmetics, Brushes, Wigs, Extensions.

You may link to our home page, provided you do so in a way that is fair and legal and does not damage our reputation or take advantage of it, but you must not establish a link in such a way as to suggest any form of association, approval or endorsement on our part where none exists.
