A:International shipping to Canada/Mexico starts at $19.41 USD, all other overseas countries start at $30.82 USD. Delivery time varies between 2-6 days to Canada and 3-5 days to all other countries.

A:Normal processing time is within 48 hours, however processing could take longer due to special handling of certain products. It is realistic to expect your order to arrive 1 week after submission of order. However, please be patient and understand of special circumstances that may arise that is not within our control.

A: USPS's online tracking system is updated daily and it will only display a record of your package after they have taken receipt of your package.

Q: What eyelashes are better? The dolly Lash or the Natural hand made human lash?
A: Different people prefers different products. Dolly lashes are affordable and easy to use while the hand made lash are more natural. Pretty&Cute is a proud provider to the Cheerleaders of our own city’s basketball teams the Blazers. The girls like the lashes to blend in as much as possible but don't want to pay salon price. Our lashes are comparable to Makeup Forever lashes.
Q: I want my package to be shipped to a different address than the address listed on my paypal is that possible?
A: Most certainty. Please send us an email with the paypal account email address stating reason and that you would like to have package t send to a new address. If you want to avoid the hassle simply update your billing address on your paypal account.

Q: Does Pretty&Cute do price adjustments? I brought something last week for $10.00 and this week it's on sale for $8.00 can I get $2.00 back?
A: Sorry dear, our promotions and specials starts from the day we post it. We lower our prices due to better deals from suppliers and manufacture. Manufacture usually gives us a price break if we order more. If we didn't get the product for that price a week ago how can we give you the price difference?
Q: I paid with a credit card but it gave me an error did my order go through?
A: If you got an error while paying with a credit card your order did not go through.
Q: But on my statement it charged me the amount?
A:When placing an order using Credit Card please make sure the billing address matches the card holder billing address. Our secure system will deny any credit card payments containing information that the issuing bank can not verify as being true. If you are using someone’s card be sure to obtain the correct billing information. Our system will also deny your payment if you've entered in the incorrect card information. Our credit card protection system is here to protect you from fraud or unauthorized payments. When submitting a payment an attempt to purchase the items will be made.
